The Education department of the university was established in the year 2018. The sole purpose of its establishment was to teach the students how to become prospective teachers. The university runs four years integrated B.A+B.Ed. program. The four-year course deals with the knowledge of various teaching skills and the methodology of imparting knowledge to students in an effective manner.
B.A+B.Ed. course not only teaches good teaching skills to the students, but also how to work in an administrative block of an educational system. These skills make them knowledgeable about various technical aspects of teaching. Students study different subjects such as Philosophy, Psychology, Moral Values, Teaching, Research Methodology, Sanskrit, and various other subjects to enhance their overall development and worldly wisdom. The study of the Sanskrit language helps them in improving their knowledge of the language. It also helps in studying and preserving our ancient moral values.
The students are made to do practice teaching so that they can learn both macro and micro teaching skills effectively. The department uses various curricular and co-curricular activities to develop the skills of students. B.A+B.Ed. degree is a job-oriented course where there is an overall development of students. Various students have done B.A+B.Ed. from this university and have gained an excellent placement record.
