In terms of security, our university has 24 hour security available.

  • Continuous Monitoring: The guards  actively observe and record details like visitor entries and exits, suspicious activity, property damage, unusual occurrences, and any potential security threats. 
  • Detailed reporting: The note includes specific information like timestamps, locations, descriptions of individuals or events, and any actions taken in response to incidents. 
  • Emergency response: If an emergency arises, the guard documents their immediate response, communication with relevant authorities, and actions taken to resolve the situation. 
  • Shift change handover: At the end of each shift, the outgoing guard provides a detailed handover report to the incoming guard, ensuring continuity of information.
